Che Olio!

L'Olinda Oil Mill

It's a blend produced with the olives of the fields in "biologic conversion" and other machineries managed by our Company, which manages the whole productive phase. "In conversion" means that they use the same methods of plantation of the biologic, but the certification will be considered like that only after the third year. It's a mix of different cultivars with prevalences of Leccino and Frantoio, but with significant parts of Raggia, Moraiolo, Rosciola, Mignola and Carboncella. It has a mid fruity with scents reminding to the fresh olive and substancial touches of bitter and spicy. In the palate reveals herbaceous sensations and an aftertaste of green apple. It's an oil that matches every meal.
