It's a biologic oil made out of several cultivars. The base is Leccino and Frantoio but there are also other species like Pendolino, Moraiolo, Carboncella, Orbetana e Peranzana. It's a very low acidity oil with a balanced taste. Has a fruity smell and a sweet taste with sclear signs of bitter and spicy. In the palate there's an aftertaste of green tomato and almond. It's good for every meal.
