L'Olinda Oil Mill


Very vigorous plant with an imposing log. The olives are very small, deep green colored which gets ink black at the ripening time. At first the taste is sweet with signs of bitter and spicy, aftertaste of artichoke and mixed berries. It's excellent for bruschettas, soups, pasta and beans, garbanzo beans, grilled meat, raw and cooked vegetables.
